As a first step, you will need to fill out the online registration form. Once we receive your application in our online system, we will contact you to recommend the appropriate exhibition space and proceed with the procedures to finalize your participation.
In any case of cancellation, you may follow the relevant regulation annex and the terms of participation of the exhibition which you can find here.
In particular, the following apply:
In case of cancellation 30 to 1 calendar day before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the total participation amount are withheld.
In case of cancellation 60 to 31 calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the registration right and the advance payment are withheld.
In case of cancellation 61 or more calendar days before the opening of the exhibition, the right to register is reserved.
The preparation stage is completed in 2 phases: phase 1,(2 days duration, between 07.00 – 23.00 hours) is for construction works and phase 2 (1 day duration, between 07.00 – 23.00 hours) is for cleaning, decoration and placement of the exhibits.
TYPE 2 and TYPE 3 will be ready on the first day of the preparation stage. However the exhibits should be placed on the last day of the preparation.
All exhibitors are entitled to 1 exhibitor badge per/4 sqm.
Parking is free during preparation and during the show for all exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors are entitled to one (1) additional parking pass for the enclosed area next to HALL 1.
